Cancellation Policy

  • Full-price orders: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase to receive a full refund.

  • Sale or promotional orders: Cancellation is only possible in the form of store credit, even if requested within the 30-minute window.

After 30 minutes, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order, as it may have already been processed or shipped.
If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons, we offer store credit instead of a cash refund for returns. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Custom-made, personalized, wholesale orders, or gift cards are not eligible for return, as they are made according to your specifications.

To start a return, contact us at contact@skulta.co within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are processed within 40 business days from confirmation.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
We also cannot refund orders affected by customer errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses.

All refunds are issued in the currency of the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any conversion fees or exchange-rate variations.

Damaged Items

We ensure products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email contact@skulta.co and include a clear photo of the damage so we can assess eligibility for a free replacement.

We do not replace or refund items damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by carriers, customs, or logistical issues.

In case of delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction.

If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
